My Role
I contributed to the retrieval and response-generation pipeline behind the automated conversations.
- Implemented retrieval-augmented generation for knowledge-grounded responses.
- Used vectorization, semantic retrieval, and AI-powered response generation.
- Helped produce context-aware conversations for customer messages and comments.
Contribution
